Client deliverables will be provided once all invoices have been paid in full. This includes any files that are being put into production (i.e. printed materials, promotional items, etc.).

Deliverables are deemed accepted unless the client contacts Pivvot Branding within 5 days of receiving files. After this period, any revisions or additional work will be billed at the current hourly rate or are subject to change fees.

Clients agree to make reasonable efforts to respond to requests or communications within 48 hours.

If delays occur due to lack of response, third-party dependencies, or other factors outside either party’s control, any project deadlines will automatically extend by the same duration as the delay.
